LITERATURE, HISTORY, & PHILOSOPHY

home | about | submissions | current issue

TRANSLATORS: The journal invites submissions of newly translated and retranslated works of literary, historical, and philosophical significance. We continuously consider translations regardless of their theme, genre, methodology of translation, period, and linguistic origin, while selecting works for online and theme-based printed issues. Among other materials, we will consider portions of lengthy works or collections, parts of translation-dissertations, as well as finished excerpts from works-in-progress. Initial inquiries and submissions can be made by email: newtranslations@inbox.com. We prefer to receive submissions by email. For more details about the submission requirements, see this pdf.

PUBLISHERS & AUTHORS: The journal will consider publishing excerpts from recent or forthcoming books for promotional purposes. Inquiries can be made by email: newtranslations@inbox.com. Recent and forthcoming books for reviews in the journal can be mailed to New Translations / Comparative Literature / 365 5th Avenue / New York, NY 10016.
